If I Purchase an item can it be returned?

If you would like to return an item that is un required there will be a restocking charge.

If the item that I have purchased is faulty/ damaged, how can this be resolved?

Simply go to contact us,  enter your details and you will be contacted by our customer service team.

How much would I expect to pay for my delivery?

How long is my Warranty?

All of our online product guarantees  depend on the manufacturers.

How do I make a purchase on the website?

  1. Add the product you require and this will automatically update in Cart.
  2. When you have completed your shopping, click on the CART which is located on top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Just before you check out, you can add or remove any items in the cart. this is handy if you need to quickly add or remove an item. please click on update basket after any amendments.
  4. next step click on Check Out, on this page you will be asked to complete delivery information and select your delivery preference.
  5. Within a few seconds, your payment will be authorised.
  6. The card payment processor will send you an email confirming the payment.
  7. We will send you an email as confirmation of your order.

Can I order spare parts through the website?

Yes, Spare parts can be ordered online.  It's an exchange service, so we need your old part first.  If you need the replacement part immediately then a deposit can be taken and once we have received your old part you will be refunded. If you require spare parts, please purchase on our site.
